Welcome!

About this Module...

This module was designed to assist in troubleshooting IP connections. Because proper configuration of the TCP/IP control panel is required to make successful connections, the focus is on the various options in the control panel, with some background information to help you understand how things work.

Following the review of the settings, there's a troubleshooting section and some suggestions of tools you can use to assist them in their troubleshooting.

This module assumes some understanding of networking, but the glossary may help you with any terms you're not quite familiar with.

How to use this module...
You can go through this module in a linear fashion using the left and right arrows to cover all aspects of IP configuration, or use the index to zoom to a particular section that you have questions on.
